For container mold making:
When start mold project, choose the suitable mold steel material according to customer's requires.
Then the gates number and location will be discussed or make the mould flow analysis, the mold surface will be confirmed with polish or textured, the cooling channel design will be checked,the ejection system will be discussed, the mold size will be determined by the suitable machine and the mold mechanism in actual production movement will all be checked as well.
Only after experienced technicians and engineers are discussing with customers, then we will start to do mold making.
