PLASTIC BOX MOULD
The plastic box mold which our mold factory made belong to the injection mould.
And injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould.
Plastic injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers, such PP, PE, PS, PC,PP+glass fire, ABS, PVC, etc.
Plastic material for the boxes is fed into a heated barrel of injection molding machine, and injected (Forced) into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.
As usual, the plastic box mold use PP, PE for injection molding.
We made different kinds of box molds for U.K., Russia, Mexico, etc. And offer to our clients more than 100 sets every year.
So we have rich experience on plastic box mold and the tool manufacturing.
A. We made with 2 or 4 cavities box mold with different sizes, and with short cycle time around 45-50s.
B. We made the small size from the food container with size 15x10x5cm to big size with pallet box 120x120x78cm, many different designs and sizes.
C. We made special design on cooling lines and make the cooling system with perfect running.
D. Different height and different design on four ways can be made in same mold with exchangeable inserts.
E. Good polishing or textured on four side and bottom will be well done.
F. Choose different runner system for different design, such as cold runner, pin point gates, big gates, valve gate on hot runner system.
G. Low pressure injection molding with long mold life.
A box is designed according to sample or new design concept, usually by 3D designer or an engineer, molds are made by a mould-maker (or toolmaker) from steel material like P20, 718, H13, 2738, 2344 etc. Then precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. After machining, assembled, put it on the injection molding machine to produce the boxes.
Plastic box mold, is the plastic injection processing industry and plastic injection molding machine matching, give plastic the products with complete configuration and precise size of the tool.
Because plastic breed and processing method are various, the structure of plastic molding machine and plastic product is complicated and simple again differ, so, the kind of plastic box mould and structure also are various.
